The DonJoy OA FullForce unloader knee brace off-loads the affected compartment of the knee while reducing ligament strain, allowing active patients to go more kilometres with less pain.

3-Point Off-Loading mechanically shifts the painful joint loads from the degenerative compartment to the healthy compartment, while the hinge allows the ability to fine-tune the load. 4-Points-of-Leverage is clinically shown to reduce ACL strain by keeping the knee in a stable position to minimize further cartilage damage.

A Little about Osteoarthritis

The knee has 2 compartments, the inside (medial) compartment and the outside (lateral) compartment. Most of the time, when you get osteoarthritis of the knee, you wear down one compartment more than the other. In a majority of the cases, the inside of the knee wears down more, leading to a bowlegged appearance of the knee in extreme cases (medial compartment OA). Other times, the outside (lateral) compartment of the knee wears down leading to a knocked knee appearance of the knee (lateral compartment OA).

The Donjoy OA Nano Unloader brace is designed to take the pressure off the compartment that is more severely worn down. What Is an Osteoarthritis (OA) Unloader Knee Brace?

An osteoarthritis unloader knee brace unloads stress from the affected joint. Most often, unloader knee braces are prescribed for those with medial compartment knee osteoarthritis (affecting the inner portion of the knee).

When you walk, if you have medial knee osteoarthritis, the instability in the knee can be obvious to someone who is watching you walk -- the knee actually wobbles towards the inside. Usually the affected leg has a bow (bow legged, genu varus). Some designs of unloader knee braces can unload either the medial (inner) or lateral (outer) part of the knee -- just by adjusting the unloading hinge. This takes stress and unloads the side of the knee that has the arthritis, taking the pressure off and helping re-align the knee. This can help reduce pain, inflammation and help you walk better.

DonJoy Braces Warranty – LIMITED 6 months


DonJoy warrants the rigid components (frame, hinges, etc.) of their braces for 1 year and warrants the soft components (pads, straps, etc.) for 6 months from manufacturing or material defects.

EXCLUSIONS:  DonJoy does not warrant products for cosmetic deficiencies caused by regular wear and tear.

Exchanges - How To Initiate an Exchange!


We are committed to offering you a low-risk online shopping experience.  If you need a different size or you want to exchange for a different product, we've got you covered.  You need to reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your item.   The merchandise must be received in new condition, original packaging.  We will pay the return shipping fees (for the first exchange) when you request an exchange within the first 5 days after receiving your order.  Plus, we offer free advice from our physiotherapists.  Our team is standing by to help you figure out what product or size might be better for you.


Initiating an Exchange!


Please reach out within the first 5 days of receiving your item.  Try it on, if it does not fit, reach out to us.  We would be happy to help you get the right item for your needs.  You cannot use this item for a month then decide to exchange or return the item.  If the item has been used and cannot be resold and is not in the original package, we will cannot allow an exchange or refund!

To deter against insurance fraud, in the event of a request for a refund we reserve the right to contact your insurer to verify the status of your reimbursement prior to processing your refund.  If an individual is abusing our return and refund policies, your order will be placed on hold and you will be notified of an additional restocking fee of up to 25% before items are shipped.
