Patient Questionnaires (Outcome Measures)
A patient questionnaire or outcome measure is a tool used to assess a patient's current status. Patient questionnaires may provide a score, an interpretation of results and at times a risk categorization of the patient.
The results may help determine the course of treatment intervention and how well the treatment intervention is working.
Usually a questionnaire is done before starting your treatment program and is redone every few weeks. You can compare the results to see how the treatment is going.
