Email us at PriceMatch@PhysiotherapyRoom.com the link of our competitors product, we will confirm the product is identical and is in Canadian dollars. Once confirmed we will send you a voucher for the reduced price that you can now purchase on our site.
After you Buy
If you find a current lower price within 14 days after your purchase, just email us at PriceMatch@PhysiotherapyRoom.com your order ID Number, the information and the link of our competitors product. Once confirmed, we will issue a refund for the difference.

The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of the match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If the Physio Store is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, colour, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of the Price Match with the approved online competitor.
Offers found on deal websites will be validated at the retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
Please send by digital means, the web address, the entire printed ad, the online price or digital version of the ad and send this to PriceMatch@PhysiotherapyRoom.com along with your order number (if you have already purchased the product).
No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at The Physio Store Inc. to match a competitor's price.
We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for local and/or online competitor matches.
Exclusions
Health Professional customers are exempt from the Price match guarantee program. The price match guarantee is for our retail customers only.
Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, offers advertised as % or $ off, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor doorbusters/lightning sales (including Amazon Prime or Amazon Fresh Exclusive offers), coupon offers, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
