The Primera TENS/NMES unit from Chattanooga combines 8 TENs and 6 NMES programs in a convenient portable highly durable unit that can be used in Clinical or Home Therapy.

The non-invasive Primera provides pain relief in two ways: The gate control mechanism and endorphin release. When the body is injured, pain signals are delivered to the brain through the nervous system. That tells your body that you're hurting. Primera sends tiny pulses over the skin through the nerves to the spinal chord and brain (gate control mechanism). Along the transmission there are many areas referred to as "gates". The gates determine which pulses can continue to the brain. The gates regulate how quickly the information is delivered to the brain. Since the same nerve cannot carry a pain and a non-pain impulse at the same time, the stronger, non-pain impulse from the Primera device "controls the gate", relieving pain.

Endorphin release is the body's natural pain killer. The Primera device can help produce high levels of the chemical endorphins to naturally reduce pain. Returns - We pay the return shipping within the first 10 days!

Please place your item in a suitable shipment box to ship the item(s) back with our pre-paid return label (we suggest re-using the box that we shipped the items to you).  The authorized items must be dropped off at Canada Post on or before the final day of return timeframe to be eligible for refund.

How to Initiate an Exchange!


If you have ordered the wrong size or product and require an exchange please email us at CustomerService@PhysiotherapyRoom.comWe will send you a pre-paid shipping label by email to cover the shipping fees.  Please note we cover the shipping fees when you request an exchange within the first 10 days of receiving your product.   After 10 days we offer a flat rate return shipping charge of only $10 plus HST.  Also note, we cover the shipping fees for the first exchange on your order, if you have multiple exchanges on the same order, you will be responsible for the shipping fees after the first complimentary exchange.

When will I get my refund?
