Dear valued customers, we are making changes to our daily online and in-store routines that will help protect everyone during this difficult time. Effective Monday March 23, we are introducing social distancing protocols at our in-store location. We are still accepting all United States & Canadian orders. Orders can still be called in or placed online and shipped directly to you as usual however, if ordered as an "in-store pick-up" at our location we have made the following changes. As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you by phone and make the appropriate arrangements. The Physiotherapy Room has always made the health and safety of our staff and customers a top priority, and we will work to make ordering as effective and safe as we can, for everyone. Return and Exchange Policy

30 Day Unconditional Return and Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions to our Return and Exchange Policy

Discount
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Tag
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Wear
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Refresh
Certain items cannot be exchanged due to health regulations, product design or single use indications

To initiate a return or exchange (within Canada), please complete the following steps:

Login to our online return portal using your order ID and postal/zip code.

Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Once received we will inspect the items and they meet the above criteria, we will then provide a store credit, exchange for a different product, or provide a refund to the original payment method.  We may contact you via email to verify what you would like us to do.

To initiate a return or exchange (outside of Canada), please complete the following steps:

Customer assumes all costs in shipping back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped using standard shipping rates unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Email us at Returns@PhysiotherapyRoom.com, let us know your Order number, products to exchange or return, your name and the reason for the return or exchange. Once we send an RMA number, you may then return the items.  Please include the RMA number in the package.

All Our Products are Fully Guaranteed Against Defects

Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY for prompt action. Please include your name and order number. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if the item is damaged.
