Return & Exchange Policy

Returns


Our goal at the PhysiotherapyRoom.com is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience.

We can accept returns of unopened and unused products up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

We will refund to your original payment method, the price of the product returned including applicable taxes.


Exceptions to our Return Policy


Discount
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Tag
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Wear
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Refresh
Certain items cannot be exchanged due to health regulations, product design or single use indications

Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines.

We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.

Certain items cannot be exchanged due to health regulations, product design or single use indications.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges from products in the following categories:

  • TENS units
  • Muscle Stim units
  • IFC units
  • Electrotherapy pads
  • Women's health products
  • Men's health products
  • Cryotherapy Products
  • Compression stockings
  • PPE products
  • Clearance Items
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging and used, assembled or modified
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page


To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:


Customer assumes all costs in shipping back to us.  If your location is within Canada, we can email you a return label for a flat rate of $7 dollars plus applicable taxes (which will be deducted from the refund once approved).  You can print this out and put on the package and return the package to any Canada Post outlet.

Email us at CustomerService@PhysiotherapyRoom.com, let us know your Name, Order number, which products you want to return and the reason!  

One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!


All Our Products are Fully Guaranteed Against Defects


Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged.  If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY for prompt action at CustomerService@PhysiotherapyRoom.com.  Please include your name and order number.  Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt.  Please keep the box if the item is damaged.


Does Physiotherapy Room offer Exchanges?


If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.


When will I get my refund?


It usually takes about 2-3 weeks.  Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.  The refund will appear on your original payment method.
