Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. PhysiotherapyRoom.com ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-2 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada and the USA (excluding remote & airstage locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-2 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
We offer in store pickup at our warehouse in London, Ontario, Canada. You will be notified when your items are ready for pickup and the procedure on how to pick up your items safely during this pandemic.
Method of Delivery
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. You will have the ability to select your courier of choice during the checkout process. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to you, a signature may be required to finalize the delivery.
We are currently only ship to the USA, and do not offer free shipping. In order to find out your shipping costs, enter your information on checkout to get a sense of the shipping costs.
In regards to international shipping, we do not charge any taxes or duties on purchases. At the border, customs may charge the appropriate taxes and duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. Currently there is an $800 USD exemption for paying duties when buying products for personal use in the U.S.
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Ways to contact Customer Care and hours of availability here.
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items).
