We continue to ship orders and support our customers during these challenging times. Due to the pandemic the shipping companies are overwhelmed and there are a few delays being reported.
We can ship the item out the same day or at the latest the next day but the shipping may be delayed.

Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. PhysiotherapyRoom.com ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-2 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada and the USA (excluding remote & airstage locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-2 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
We offer in store pickup at our warehouse in London, Ontario, Canada. You will be notified when your items are ready for pickup and the procedure on how to pick up your items safely during this pandemic.
Method of Delivery
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to you, a signature may be required to finalize the delivery.
We currently only ship within Canada and do NOT ship to other countries! This is due to the inability to offer returns and the difficulty in providing economical fast shipping, which we are aware are important factors in helping you recover from your injury!
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Ways to contact Customer Care and hours of availability here.
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items).
